Thank you for shopping with Workcloud. We’re dedicated to ensuring that your order is delivered to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Workcloud™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
2. Shipping Times & Methods
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days, while express shipping (if available) may take 2–5 business days.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; these will be clearly stated on our website or promotional materials.
4. International Shipping
Workcloud currently ships to a number of international destinations.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or falsify customs documentation.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at workcloud.help@gmail.com.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, delays or lost packages can occur due to carrier issues or incorrect address information.
If your package is delayed, please allow up to 15 business days before contacting customer support.
For lost or undelivered packages, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Workcloud is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or theft after delivery.
7. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If you need to make changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
